My 102 year old mom fell in the bathroom and pressed the button on her Alert1 emergency wrist band. She was able to communicate her problem to Alert1 staff and they immediately called us per her instructions. We live very close to her house and within minutes we arrived and found her on the floor. She had broken her hip.
