When Mother fell, She was with her daughter and they used the alert button to get help quickly then return to attend to her needs. We were called quickly as well and Mother is now home and doing so well. Thanks for being there. It was like having an invisible helper in the room to take care of the details of that all important call to emergency personnel. It provided more calm during a stressful time
