Because Charlotte could talk to you and you contacted me immediately we could get Mom up off the floor and in bed and she didn't have to lay in the floor until morning. The fact that you not only contacted me, but my sister also and then let my sister know that I was taking care of Mom it was a relief to all of the family. We surly appreciate how you handle business with such kindness.
