I rated Acceptable after a request for a 911 call. The service to respond after the button is pushed seems to be a bit slow. Asking the name and location is OK once, but reassurance beyond one statement that an ambulance is coming is not enough from your service.
Clearly stating that 911 has been called and an ambulance is on the way is of utmost importance and stating it a few times is a helpful and reassuring thing to do.
The confidence is a bit lacking and the stepping up to the plate on the phone could use some improvement in emergency situations.
