I got the alert for my 93 year old mom. I am very pleased with the alert 1. Although I was only at my neighbors for a short time, mom fell and the EMT's were called and responded quickly to the alert 1 call. This is a great service that I know I can rely on, and know my mom is in good hands when I'm not home with her. Definitely worth every penny.
