My mom had a fall a day after we purchased her watch. The service was incredible following the calling instructions perfectly. My moms caretaker was called on her cell first which she didnt answer then saw that the same number was calling her land line so she answered Your service was outstanding and extremely reassuring for my moms loved ones Thank you so much
