I was with my mom when she had to push the button for an emergency. It was not answered for close to 10 minutes!! TOTALLY unacceptable. That is much too long in an emergency. If you are not going to pay for enough staff to respong, don't offer the service. She used it another time years ago, same delay, we thought it was a fluke, but I guess not! I am the one who pays for the service and am researching other companies. Most likely I will not review.
