Overall, the response was good. The only thing that ever concerns me, is the length of time it takes from when I initially push the emergency button. It always seems like it takes several minutes before someone comes on to ask me if I need assistance. That being said, I realized that you are operating with some old information. I no longer use the lockbox with the key. I now have a lock attached to my front door that has a code which has to be entered in order for the door to unlock. That code is 6285.
