Fannie had fallen, and could not get up. The button on her wrist was not working. She was on the floor for two hours until she scooted over to the phone in the kitchen. Once she was able to press that button I got the call and was there to help her quickly enough.
Please if you can, send her a replacement bracelet. We have added the other button to her walker until we can get a new wrist band.
