I have been tracking my claim and it said it was registered then all of a sudden its not registered. When i phoned you you are rude and unprofessional and incompetent and couldn't give details about my claim or whether its been send to tax or where i am standing with my claim it's so frustrating dealing with Alexander Forbes they really go out of their way not help you
