My last working day at Fidelity ADT was 29 September 2023, I received feedback my withdrawal will take 4-6 weeks, however, I am withdrawing some funds, and transferring the rest, when I call the contact center for feedback, they keep telling me they are awaiting the ROT, my broker has sent it twice already on 30 October 2023 and 6 November 2023 to adtadmin@alexforbes.com. Is the admin department not updating the feedback? The contact center escalated the matter as well on Monday, but still, no feedback. I am busy getting very upset.
