I changed jobs on the 29th of September, (last working day at my previous job)
I had a small amount in my AF funds and chose to withdraw this amount.
It is now the 21st of November and nothing has been paid out or even processed.
I have been following up for 3 weeks, and I just am not getting anywhere. I follow-up everyday, and I just get ignored on email and when I ohone, I am told that my query has been escalatedand I need to phone back the next day. I have been dealing with numerous people and unfortunately no one has been helping me in a proper manner, just as I think I am getting somewhre, communication stops on Alexander Forbes side, I am now sick and absolutely tired of following up.
It is extremely frustrating to deal with the customer service department, as I am not being heard, nor helped.
This has become an exhausting exercise that I do not have time.
