I left my previous company in Sep 2023 all my documents was submitted.I had a policy with Alexander forbes and one with Sanlam .My Sanlam policy paid out a week after I left and until now I never received anything from Alexander Forbes.They first told me SARS declined tax clearance,without a reason .I got a call the previous company administrator telling rather to go to SARS to find out what the problem is,going to Sars I found out that they used someone else's tax no .I then called and emailed them my tax certificate, a week later I received a email stating that SARS again declined ,finding out they submitted my documents wrong stating I am a foreigner and does not have and ID.I got some positive feedback now,so I am waiting on my claim to be paid out.These people should really get the act together and have proper info when they need to give feedback.
