Terrible experience on this 2 pot claim, I dont think the company did proper system preps to accomodate volumes. Their call center is twice as worse, you wait on the call for almost an hour and then you get agents acting as if they cant hear you, the drop the call. This has been by far the most terrible user experience, I so wish employers can move from Alex Forbes, services is terrible
