Your turn around time for pension claims are unacceptable!!!
Claim loaded on 25/11/24, verified ONLY on 31/1/25!!! Now going to take 6-8 weeks from 31/1/25 to be paid out! This is incompetence at the highest level and totally unacceptable. Your excuse for being short staffed over the festive period sucks. This matter needs to be investigated asap.
