Dispatch was very slow, with the delay only being communicated after order. Most other businesses I shop online with keep this information up to date on the website. I wouldn't have ordered in the first place had I known that. Then one of the items did not match the description on the website. It has been changed by the manufacturer, but listing is not updated. I made contact about this, as it would seem there is something on that listing that I have not received (user guide for yoto phonics pack) and never had a response so I do not know if it is an error or the guide is no longer included. All in all, I am unlikely to shop here again.
