I placed an order of several items, unfortunately 1 of the items, a Tonie, was no longer available. I was notified by email with apologies and offered a refund. I requested a different Tonie and even though my order had been dispatched at this point Nadine ensured it was sent straight away. One very happy 3 year old and even happier Mum. Excellent customer service!!
