Quickly responded to a question prior to purchase, helping me to make sure I got the right thing. Kept us informed by email and phone regarding delivery time, so didn't have to hang about too much. Vinyl was as expected, no problems. Only issue was I had to put my home address as the billing address for my credit card payment to go through and I didn't realise this changed the delivery address I had put in, until payment was in progress. Not a big deal in my case, I just changed plans to be at home, but not a great feature of the checkout process.
