Only ordered a sample but was kept informed by email of its whereabouts. The sample arrived very quickly but it was very small - about 2" square - this seems to be the same with most companies. I would have liked the opportunity to maybe pay £1 and received something along the lines of 1 square foot. But the company were very efficient and came across as helpful and approachable in their emails. I am still considering my new carpet and would feel confident in using them when I have made up my mind.
