In total I have ordered 4 carpets from all floors and have been pleased with all of them but on 2 occasions I have been delivered 5 metre wide rather than 4 as ordered. This is because they are out of stock but it's not always helpful unless you have the carpet fitter arranged simultaneous to delivery as storing the extra length can be difficult. It would be helpful if you were notified in advance as you may wish to wait for the 4 metre width being in stock.
