The online ordering process states there will be an update within 72hrs advising when delivery will be made. This did not happen and calls made on day 4 were not returned (premium rate number). After contacting the website company (via Google search) they provided the company name and address I was then able to contact someone who progressed the order. The local supplier stated the carpet was available on the previous Tuesday and it arrived on the Friday. Not recommended.
