No samples received, no response to follow up via website contact form either. Have just emailed again, but then sent another to cancel the order (this in fairness did prompt a response). Will use somewhere else where customer service is more of a priority. A quick read of the review responses suggests that would be best.
You might want to have a chat with Royal Mail if so many of your packages are going missing.
