My order was delivered to the wrong address and when chasing up the item I was verbally insulted by the most obnoxious, ignorant unhelpful imbecile i have ever had to liaise with, what makes it worse is this person appears to be the owner/director of the company and goes by the name of Martin. Would never recommend.
