It has been two weeks since we ordered two carpets which have not arrived yet nor were fitted. It is a lot of hassle trying to get hold of the fitter who keeps postponing and has not once initiated any contact or given us a date. It is definitely one of the poorest service we have ever received and we will definitely not return to the retailer.
