To me, the website implied that fitting was included. It wasn't. That made the carpet considerably more expensive than a local supplier.
Martin was very good, explaining the situation. The delivery arrangements were excellent, with a call about an hour before arrival, all as planned.
The carpet looks good, just as we wanted.
