I did order some carpet for a client through All Floor Express, and got a wrong product delivered. No call to apologise, I had to rebook a second delivery myself, which took 2 weeks, and still not a single word from them. This company clearly has no customer service at all, they never did returned any of my calls. I am extremely disapointed, I will never use them again and will stongly advise potential customers to stay away from All Floor Express.
