Only ordered samples at this stage, but they were delivered quickly (1-2 days).
Had a question so called the company and left a message. A representative called back within the hour. He was incredibly helpful, made alternative suggestions, but ultimately recommended my original choice as being the best carpet (it also happened to be the cheapest - bonus!).
So far a great company to deal with.
