Having been messed around by another carpet retailer for 6 weeks, this company was a breath of fresh air. The carpet was delivered quickly as promised, which is all I wanted - no delays and endless excuses. I'm left with the feeling that this is a well-run business - the website is easy to use, the communication is excellent and it's run by people who care about what they're doing.
