Our order was dispatched quickly but a word of warning to all who purchase on line. We ordered Tredaire Colours Red underlay, an expensive option. When it arrived it was pouring with rain and the deliverer stood on the doorstep and said "sign here". He then deposited the underlay just inside the hallway. It was so heavy I couldn't move it and had to wait for my husband to come home to inspect it properly. There were rips in the packaging, which my husband said was inadequate and the rips went through the underlay. We took pictures of the damage and sent them to Allfloors Express only to be told that because we had not put "uninspected" on the delivery note they disclaimed all responsibility for the damage.
