I sent off for some carpet samples - this was one of the online retailers that I have used. I have to say that theirs were the smallest samples of any that I have received to date and are really not helpful in making a final decision on a carpet - they were mostly only about 2 inches square! I get that samples are a business overhead, but they are also a sales tool, so really need to do a bit better here!
