I booked a job as our building didn't have power. The engineer was supposed to call us when he was outside, but he said he was calling us. It lloked like he was calling a different number from the one registered in our account, and of course he left.
They didn't have availability for the same day so they were going to send someone else next day.. but the while building was without power.
Of course we called another company and the problem was solved. Now they are trying to even charge us for that.
