They use contractors who charged me north of £500 for a lock and mechanism. Davide the contractor obviously didn't care and did a terrible job because on next use the same problem occurred. Allegedly covered by warranty and now suddenly the company are refusing to answer my calls. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Very dishonest
