Terrible experience. I needed my high-security Mul-T-Lock cylinder replaced and made it clear I wanted the same type. Instead, they installed a cheaper, standard lock that’s not what I had or asked for. When I complained, the technician admitted in a message that it wasn’t a real Mul-T-Lock and even quoted a lower price than what I’d already paid to replace it with the correct one. But the company later ignored that and demanded more money. To make things worse, the invoice they sent had a fake signature — not mine. Their customer service has been incredibly rude, dismissive, and totally unwilling to take responsibility. I’ve reported them to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs.
