Phoned above company regarding front door not opening even when unlocked, quoted the sum of £65, locksmith arrived approx 1 hour later and told me it was going to cost £180 to gain entry to my house, I was not happy with the price he quoted, but unfortunately he wasn't prepared to negotiate a reasonable price, I was desperate to get into the house as it was a very hot day, I feel that I have been unfairly treated under the circumstances, will not be recommending your company,
