Jordan came to the residence at the exact time he mentioned. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. I did not feel as if he took advantage of me due to my circumstances and the time he came was after business hours. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. I honestly would use his business over any large corporation. Thank you again for all your hard work I am sure you would have preferred to be at home relaxing but you did the job and you did it well.. I did not feel like you rushed through your work. Anyone needing plumbing work I strongly suggest using his knowledge.
