We had a larger complicated custom order. It was handled quickly and professionally. I keep adding on items and it was never an issue. I had to have one shirt remade due to a printer error and it was handled with no questions asked. The backorder of some shirts was a pain but that was out of their control. We will definitely do business again in the future.
