I was sent the wrong product when I checked the website it showed the item I had ordered and paid for was now out of stock, so rather than messaging me to advise me and give me an opportunity to locate the product my wife wanted for her birthday they sent me a similar item (winter home fragrance set as opposed to ultimate sleep set) for half the price but marking it as product I had ordered, I am hoping this is just a genuine mistake but my gut tells me someone realised the product was out of stock and thought it would be easier to try and get away with sending a similar product. Either way both my sons are now upset as the present they had ordered didn’t arrive!
