Ordered some perfume as a gift, however the recipient of the gift changed their mind on what they wanted so as soon as i received the package i stuck the returns address on the box and placed my reason for returning inside, sent it off back to all beauty and they still haven't refunded me... this item was around £100 and that is a lot of money to be waiting to get back. Their customer service is shocking and makes me feel as though its a scam! Appalling service - would only buy if you know you are sure you want the product!
