I have been an All Beauty customer for some time now. I ordered a few bottles of perfume as I always do and the nozzle ended up being faulty. When I contacted customer services they were so not interested and offered a measly £2.00 even though this is now the second time this has happened with a second perfume. I like how All Beauty have responded to every single Trust Pilot review they really have time on their hands and are so desperate to keep customers coming in. Shame they don't pay attention at the time they should. I am still waiting for my refund up until now ! 🤬
