Apparently the product was delivered to me 5 days ago...After spending £60 worth of products I was advised to look outside or check with neighbours. I am now advised to wait for a investigation. I asked for a refund or for the products to be sent out and to be signed for this time. They have said no!
I expect to have one of the two options offered . This is not how you treat customers. I won’t let this slip.
