I ordered products from all beauty and they delivered to the wrong address.
The lady it was delivered to had called me directly and let me know the package was at her house. As this was so far away, I could not pick it up myself.
I contacted all beauty to let them know what had happened, they responded by telling me they do not offer a collection service and wanted me to prove it wasn't delivered to me and I have to sign for it. I explained that I don't have a scanner but it's all they will accept.
All I wanted was my order that I paid for not an attitude as if this is my fault and to never receive the products I paid for. I can see similar complaints in the past here, there is clearly a pattern and a problem with your system and your customer service.
