I ordered 2 items for stocking fillers which arrived promptly and were well packed - in paper, not plastic! My only gripe (not the fault of allbeauty) was that there was a sticker on the men's item which stated the price, was difficult to remove and left a sticky deposit. Not what you want on a gift! But can't fault the products and service.
