I have recently bought all clear annual travel insurance which was mainly to cover a 6 week trip im taking which will involve lots of different activities and also different countries. I rang up several times with no wait time for queries surrounding the insurance and all my questions were answered and i felt reassured enough to purchase the insurance which they gave me discount on and helped me book. I am yet to make a claim but the fact that i was able to get through to them on the phone reassured me of this too.
