New Year’s Eve . They charged me 402.00 on 11/24/23 for overnight New Year’s Eve party at double tree Hilton in Westlake . They did not have our reservation and after one hr of research they changed our location ( off course no phone number to reach all event so we are stranded on New Year’s Eve ). I am very upset with all event with no resolution in sight . Do not use this company for anything and I will b reporting them to the bbb!
