It's important to understand your contract is with the retailer, not the delivery company thats why i cant sew the delivery company about losing or not delivering the item, regardless i am sure the item has never been sent, because allianceminers.com have already stopped answering my mails when i ask them about the 2 weeks delay after the promised time!
