I did get my machine from them (A10 pro @750mh), the company and DHL work together to help me with custom/import tax. Customer service it's on email only, but one of the very best! Fast response under 3 hours 24/7 including holidays!
Shipping was free and Mika from the customer service team helped me a lot with the set-up!
