I requested a refund of $2400 within the six month trial period to get back the full refund and NEVER received my refund. This was from the start of Jan 2024 - June 2024. I reached out to my financial institution seeking help and they were pushed away. I also attempted to seek assistance from FOS TERBOO N . ORG. and like so many others who seek help, FOS TERBOO N . ORG. was able to reach the company itself and they got my money back. Gabriel is the last person I communicated with on this platform. I do not recommend alliancereserve as they do not keep there word regarding refunds. AVOID AT ALL COST!
