Excellent service all round! I was able to book a van online the night before, and when they then advised the next morning that the size I ordered wasn't on site they offered an upgrade at no extra cost. Alternatively, someone could collect the vehicle from their other branch for me! A smaller van ended up being large enough, and they were happy to accommodate the change for me. Easy return, too.
