Booked a minibus for today way back in January, got a call this morning, 18th March, to say that the vehicle wasn’t available and that was it, no options, no replacement, a family day ruined.
I am absolutely gobsmacked at the incompetence and lack of professionalism from a company I have used on several occasions, never again.
Please think twice before booking with Allied, make sure your plans for the day are flexible.
