Ordered replacement chains for Stihl MS211 chainsaw (non original). Chains arrived in good time but were not fit for purpose, they were blunt out of the packet. Company requested I return them for inspection, then stated they hadn`t received them although Royal Mail had confirmed delivery. Numerous emails & phone calls to the company went unanswered & ignored.
After sales customer service non-existent.
Not impressed.
